- Negotiate and obtain room blocks for out-of-town guests

- Assist and coordinate all transportation for the weekend including airport transfers and activities
- Room service meal selection and delivery on the day of your event
- Schedule Hair and Makeup trials and set up wedding day services
- Assistance with all event related tasks and various miscellaneous details
